Yes. You may qualify for a reduced rate if you have a straight load of dirt, concrete, or asphalt. In order to qualify for a reduced rate the disposed of material must all be the same and must fit into one of our predetermined categories like solids, metals, or other materials. For example, a discount may be given for a 20-yard container filled only with solid waste like dirt. Please contact us directly at 978-373-0400 for more information.

Yes. We do not accept any items that are considered hazardous waste including but not limited to: biohazards, medical waste, paint, paint thinner, solvents, any equipment that may contain oil and/or gasoline, batteries, light bulbs, and any items that may have asbestos content.

Yes. Some items require special handling and therefore cost us more to dispose of properly. You will be charged for these items if they are found in your rented container. The following items are some of the items that would incur additional charges: tires, refrigerators, air conditioners, computers and monitors, televisions, propane tanks, mattresses and box springs, white goods including washers, dryers, dishwashers etc.

Contact your local public works department for guidance on these items. Often towns have special pick-up or drop-off arrangements that can be made with them directly.

The container must be placed on a level surface that is capable of supporting the container's weight, the weight of the items being disposed of, and the weight of the delivery truck. There must be a clear means of access for the delivery truck to delivery and pick-up the container. Our driver may refuse delivery or find an alternate spot for the container if the proposed site would put people, property, or equipment in harm's way. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways and other items. The customer is liable for damages to our equipment, including but not limited to our truck and containers.

In most cases, you will not be able to put the container on the street but some towns do allow it with a permit. Check with your town to see what is allowed and to obtain any necessary permits. We are not responsible for obtaining any permits.
